Next Recorder is a browser extension that enables users to capture screenshots, record screen activity with optional camera and microphone input, edit captured content, and share recordings. We provide both free and premium subscription tiers with varying feature access.

• You must provide accurate registration information and maintain account security
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• You may not use Next Recorder to develop competing products
• You may not employ automated systems to extract data from our service

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws. This includes obtaining necessary consent before recording individuals, respecting intellectual property rights, adhering to workplace policies, and complying with privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds except where required by law
• All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

NEXT RECORDER IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
